This page explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work at Caffeine & Sass — simple, straightforward, and without the confusing fine print.
1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after your order arrives to contact us if something isn’t right.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or just not what you expected, please reach out. We genuinely want to help and will do our best to make things right quickly and easily.
Depending on the situation, this may include:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit
- Another reasonable solution
Basically: if something’s off, talk to us first. We’re real humans and we’ll work with you.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We’re happy to help if:
✅ Your item arrives damaged or defective
✅ You received the wrong item or size
✅ Your order arrives with a printing issue or quality problem
✅ Your package arrives significantly different from what was ordered
If there’s an issue, please contact us within the 30-day window and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
This helps us resolve things faster for you.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made-to-order through our print partners, we may not always require items to be shipped back before issuing a resolution.
If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions after reviewing your request.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We may not be able to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Orders delayed by shipping carriers
- Buyer’s remorse after production has already started
- Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting differences
That said, if you have concerns, still reach out. We always want to help where we reasonably can.
