📍 Shipping Availability
Right now, we currently ship within the United States only.
We’re a small business growing one coffee-loving customer at a time, and while we’d love to serve caffeine addicts worldwide someday, international shipping is not available at this time.
🕐 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days after your order is placed.
Because many of our products are made-to-order through our print partners, processing times can vary slightly during busy seasons, launches, holidays, or high order volume periods.
Good things (and good coffee shirts) take a little time. ☕
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

After your order ships, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location and carrier delivery times.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders over $75!
For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

📦 Incorrect Addresses

Caffeine & Sass is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order enters production or ships.

Sometimes carriers experience unexpected delays or tracking issues. (Unfortunately, we cannot control the postal system — if we could, your package would probably arrive with an iced latte attached.)
